About the Opportunity
Gurugram Bulls Digital Marketing Agency is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.
We are seeking a professional who understands how to transform advertising budgets into measurable business outcomes through data-driven strategies, campaign optimisation, and effective lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and delivering consistent results across multiple industries, particularly real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, manage, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Campaign Optimisation: Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and campaign performance to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
Conversion Tracking: Implement and manage tracking through Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion events.
A/B Testing: Conduct structured experiments on ad creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute high-performing lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on real estate and other sales-driven businesses.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Client Coordination: Communicate campaign performance, strategies, and optimisation plans effectively with internal teams and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
Proven hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and conversion optimisation.
Practical experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Ability to analyse campaign data and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics.
Experience managing lead generation campaigns and improving lead quality.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and meet performance objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with a digital marketing agency.
Experience generating leads for real estate developers, brokers, or property consultants.
Familiarity with CRM integrations, conversion APIs, and marketing automation.
Experience managing multiple advertising accounts and client portfolios.
