Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee preparation of statutory financial statements and ensure
compliance with regulatory requirements.
· Head internal audit processes, ensuring strong internal controls and
risk mitigation.
· Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and government
authorities for timely submissions.
· Develop and implement reporting frameworks aligned with global
standards.
· Drive automation and digitalization of reporting processes to improve
accuracy and efficiency.
· Provide financial insights and advisory support to senior management
for strategic initiatives.
· Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports and Board presentations.
· Strengthen governance frameworks and ensure adherence to corporate
policies.
· Mentor and guide team members in financial reporting and audit
practices.
· Monitor emerging regulatory changes and proactively align
organizational practices.
