Role Description The Chief Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for leading the technology vision, strategy, and execution for Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting operations. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of IT systems and software platforms that support client management, application tracking, and internal workflows. The Chief Technology Manager will manage technology projects end-to-end, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure systems are secure, scalable, and compliant with relevant data privacy standards. Day-to-day tasks include guiding software development efforts, optimizing infrastructure, monitoring system performance, implementing process automation, and resolving complex technical issues. The role also involves mentoring technology teams, setting standards for best practices, and collaborating with leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals and client service excellence.
Qualifications

Relevant experience in enterprise IT environments, preferably in professional services or consulting sectors.
Demonstrated ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and client experience goals.
Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations, and best practices for handling sensitive client information.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical teams.
