Internal Medicine Doctor | Remote

Position: US-Licensed Physician
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80 - $125/hour
Location: United States, Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review medical records and clinical notes for AI training
Check clinical information and claims against the medical record
Evaluate inpatient adult medicine documentation for accuracy
Follow guidelines and apply standards consistently
Identify inconsistencies in medical records and dosing
Provide feedback to improve AI models and data quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure documentation standards
Requirements
5 years of hospitalist experience is preferred
MD or DO, board certified in Internal Medicine
Recent inpatient hospitalist experience within the last 2 years
Strong knowledge of inpatient documentation practices
Ability to review clinical notes and medical data accurately
Strong attention to detail and guideline adherence
Experience in clinical documentation improvement is a plus
