Project Planners, Construction Engineers, MEP design & Execution engineers.

Role Description These are full-time roles, on-site and Offices based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune and Bangalore.
1.Project Planners(5-6 years relevant experience)- Candidates should possess strong Planning & Scheduling skills for effective project time management and resource allocation. Operational experience of MSP and/Primavera is a must.Knowledge of BIM is will be an added advantage.
2.Sr.Construction Engineers/Construction Managers( BE/DCE with 8-10 yrs on-site construction experience)-Should have completed at least two Multi storied residential towers from Excavation to Completion as a Site Engineer/Construction managers Should have an exposure to handle of team of site Engineers.
4.MEP Design (BE in Mech/Electrical Engineering with 5-8 Years of Experience)-Should be capable of preparation of DBR, Thorough knowledge of NBC and Ashrae mandates. Capable of using ACAD and other design tools. Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage. should be adept in cross-function detailing with the MEP domain.
4.MEP Construction Engineers (BE/Diploma in Mech/Electrical Engineering with 5-8 yrs Site Execution)-adept in handling construction site for MEP works including all disciplines of Plumbing Fire fighting, Electrical HV and LV systems, Air Conditioning systems and Enough exposure to coordinate and work with interior execution teams to complete projects.
All the above roles involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, interacting with clients and vendors, and ensuring that work is executed in line with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Daily tasks also include reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting with reports and documentation, and supporting timely project delivery.
