About The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly driven and delivery-focused Senior Product Designer to join a high-impact squad. This team is dedicated to redesigning a core B2B self-service platform, a crucial portal utilized by medium-sized businesses for managing orders, requests, billing, and various services. In this pivotal role, you will act as the squad’s execution lead, working in close collaboration with a Strategic UX Lead who sets the macro-strategy. Your expertise will be essential in translating these strategic frameworks into pixel-perfect, highly functional web UI/UX, ensuring an intuitive and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own the tactical end-to-end interface design for critical areas, including the Home Page and the Products & Services portal.
Build and meticulously maintain scalable UI components, interaction patterns, state mappings, and developer-ready assets within Figma.
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Strategic UX teams to transform complex business logic into intuitive and seamless web flows.
Produce clear, comprehensive design specifications, ensuring a smooth and efficient handover process for developers.
What We’re Looking For
A balanced and robust UI/UX skillset, demonstrating strong visual design (UI) foundations complemented by pragmatic user flow and interaction design capabilities.
Proven experience in designing complex enterprise web platforms, intricate portals, or data-dense dashboards, with a strong B2B focus.
An obsessive attention to craft and precision, particularly concerning edge cases, system states, design systems, and component architecture in Figma.
A squad-first mindset, characterized by a calm, dependable, and low-ego approach. You thrive on execution, foster strong collaboration, and consistently deliver solid output within an agile team environment.
