📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore

BrightCHAMPS is looking for a detail-oriented Associate Finance professional with experience in international taxation to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
Handle compliance, regulatory filings, audits, and risk management.
Support international taxation and cross-border tax compliance.
Assist with financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements.
Support finance automation using ERP tools and Zoho Books.
Requirements:
B.Com / CS / CA (Inter level) / MBA Finance or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk, or Audit.
Prior experience in international taxation is essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Familiarity with ERP systems; Zoho experience is preferred.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
