Senior Packaging Engineer

**Job Title: Senior Packaging Engineer**
**Experience:** 5–6 Years
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Strong knowledge of packaging design, development, and validation.
* Working knowledge of **ISTA, IATA, and ASTM packaging standards and testing requirements**.
* Knowledge of **PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation)** and its implications for packaging design, sustainability, and compliance.
* Hands-on experience with **3D CAD software**, preferably **Creo Parametric**.
* Experience in packaging material selection, structural design, prototyping, and testing.
* Ability to develop optimized, cost-effective, sustainable, and transport-compliant packaging solutions.
* Good understanding of packaging specifications, technical documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
**Preferred Candidate:** A detail-oriented packaging professional with practical experience in packaging engineering, regulatory compliance, 3D modelling, and packaging validation.
