Role: AI Analyst
Experience: 5+ years in Business/Data Analysis, with 2+ years in AI/Analytics Initiatives
Location: Pune
Role Overview:
We are looking for an AI Analyst to translate business requirements into AI use cases, evaluation plans, and measurable outcomes. The role involves analyzing processes and data, evaluating AI outputs, supporting UAT, and tracking solution quality, risks, and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis: Gather requirements, map business processes, and document AI use cases.
AI Evaluation: Define prompts, evaluation datasets, quality metrics, and assess AI responses.
Data Analysis: Profile data sources and assess RAG relevance and groundedness.
Workflow & Risk Analysis: Analyze agent workflows, human controls, and Responsible AI risks.
Testing & Reporting: Support UAT, analyze results, define KPIs, and report insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
5+ years in business/data analysis, including 2+ years in AI/analytics initiatives.
Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and KPI design.
Understanding of prompt evaluation, RAG, AI agents, and Responsible AI.
Familiarity with SQL/Python, data profiling, UAT, and documentation.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

UAT support and insights reports
