Role Description The Supply Chain Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket. This role is responsible for monitoring demand, planning replenishment, and supporting purchasing decisions to ensure optimal stock levels for sneakers, streetwear, and related products. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing sales and inventory data, preparing reports and dashboards, and identifying trends to improve forecasting accuracy. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with store operations, merchandising, and vendor management teams to streamline supply chain processes and reduce stockouts or overstock situations. The role also involves supporting process improvements, maintaining data integrity in inventory systems, and assisting in the implementation of best practices across the supply chain.
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Working Hours : 11am-8pm
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Demand Planning and Inventory Management skills to maintain balanced stock levels and support accurate forecasting.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to work with data, generate insights, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and share findings clearly and professionally.
Candidates should possess practical experience or knowledge in Supply Chain Operations, including purchasing, logistics coordination, and basic warehouse processes.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field are beneficial.
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and data analysis software, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment are preferred.
