Remote · $2,000–$4,000 a month + $500 for every hire you make
BrandLab builds and scales e-commerce brands. We're looking for a recruiter to find the people who grow them.
What you'll do
• Hire creative strategists, video editors, operations managers and AI talent for brands spending six to seven figures a month on Meta
• Run each search end to end: sourcing, assessments, interviews, references and the offer
• Keep a bench of strong people ready before we need them
The offer
• $2,000–$4,000 a month, depending on experience and hours
• $500 bonus for every hire you make
• Part-time or full-time
• Remote, working directly with the founder
• 4–5 hours a day overlapping with 9:00–18:00 GMT+7
