About the Company

You will support business customers and internal partners across regions, helping a long-established company run smoothly from India. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will own a portfolio of accounts and queries, resolve issues with care, and become the dependable point of contact customers come back to.
Key Responsibilities
Account Support
Resolve product, order, and account queries across email and chat
Own a set of accounts and build trusted, ongoing relationships
Document interactions and keep account records accurate
Coordination & Quality
Work with sales, operations, and technical teams on resolutions
Maintain service standards and contribute to support documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
1 to 5 years in customer support, account support, or a service role
Clear written and spoken English and a methodical approach
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
A reliable remote-work setup and comfort with support tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a B2B, manufacturing, or shared-services environment
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools
Comfort with a partial European time-zone overlap
