Role Description The Junior Software Development Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the design, development, and maintenance of PInterview’s online platform. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in implementing new features, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance under the guidance of senior developers. The role involves analyzing requirements, writing and reviewing code, performing basic testing, and collaborating with team members to ensure a reliable and user-friendly experience for platform users. The analyst will also help with data-related tasks, such as working with databases and monitoring system behavior, while following established development and security standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support data-driven decisions.
Candidates should possess Programming and Software Development skills to contribute to feature implementation, code maintenance, and platform enhancements.
Candidates should possess Databases knowledge to work with data storage, queries, and basic data modeling in support of platform operations.
Candidates should possess Testing skills to assist with writing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and validating fixes.
Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and manage tasks effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Interest in education, career development, or HR technology, and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks as needed.
