Implementing Project Quality plan and Quality objectives.
Setting up standards & implementation & reviewing the same.
Should be able to Manage, Guide & Motivate a team of QA Engineers.
Meeting Project Heads for implementation of QA Systems & review the present systems.
Review the Inspections & plan for future inspections & reviews.
Prepare the required presentations & data for the reviews.
Collaborating with various functions of Engineering Team for better QA results.
