Key Responsibilities
Manage e-commerce operations across various marketplace platforms, ensuring smooth execution during major sales events (e.g., BBD, Prime Day, EORS).
Oversee operations on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
Ensure catalogue availability, store-level inventory visibility, and execution of promotional campaigns.
Monitor and optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize sales performance.
Utilize marketplace seller panels to manage catalog operations and ensure listing health.
Generate performance reports and analyze data to drive strategic decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Required Skills
3-4 years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, beauty, or wellness industry.
Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.
Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, inventory management, and listing health.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and performance reporting.
Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks.
