Job Purpose
Job Purpose Description
Shift management of Power plant instrumentation.
Maintenance of Honeywell DCS, Rockwell PLC (Control logix & flex logix), IIOT system, OPC, Machine Vision camera, Belt monitoring system(Control logix & flex logix), Vibration monitoring system.
Maintenance of Analysers (Stack Gas, Dust, CO, SO2, pH , Silica, Sodium , Conductivity, Chlorine, Turbidity, Vibration, Boiler Oxygen analysers).
Maintenance of Coal weigh bridge & belt weigher system.
Knowledge on turbine governing system (preferably Woodward).
Well versed with computer software applications.
Knowledge in Oracle ERP software for material management.
PM, CBM & Calibration of all field instruments (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, level) and its record maintenance.
Obtain validation of HIRA / JSAs and contribute to creation of new HIRA / JSA, when required.
WCM standard practices up to 5’S level.
RCA & CAPA for all field Instruments.
Required Qualification: Diploma in Electronics/Instrument.
