Product Manager - Industrial Electrical Products

We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee a portfolio of industrial electrical products, including terminal blocks, fuse holders, and power distribution components.
In this role, you'll own product strategy, drive profitability, and lead new product development from concept to launch.
You will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to gather VOC insights, develop specifications, and ensure product success.
Key responsibilities include managing the full product lifecycle, developing pricing strategies, supporting commercialization, and optimizing the product portfolio.
Strong cross-functional collaboration, technical knowledge of industrial/electrical products, and experience in manufacturing are essential.
Qualifications include at least 5 years in product management or a related technical role, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, and industry experience.
Preferred skills include experience with low-voltage electrical components, global sourcing, UL standards, and leading structured NPD processes.
This remote role offers flexible work arrangements and requires up to 40% travel.
Competitive salary range is $115,000-$135,000, plus benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), paid leave, and tuition assistance.
