Mechanical & Plumbing Estimator

R&R Mechanical seeks an experienced Mechanical and Plumbing Estimator to be responsible for preparing and/or coordinating the preparation of complete mechanical, plumbing and piping estimates on large and small commercial projects as required by the client's plans, specifications, and contract documents. The Mechanical and Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for all take-offs, pricing and producing the final estimate to be incorporated into the final work product. This role will evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals, including inclusions and exclusions and will ensure quantities, takeoffs, and pricing are accurate based on established bid checklists.
