Lead Software Engineer

Job Requirements
"We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on expertise across both Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
In this role, you will lead the technical design, development, customization, and seamless integration of our enterprise D365 ecosystem.
"D365 CRM (CE): Design, build, and deploy custom C# plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript/TypeScript client extensions, PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) controls, and custom web resources.
D365 F&O: Design and extend X++ data models, classes, forms, reports (SSRS), data entities, and batch jobs following Microsoft ALM and extension-driven best practices.
"8–10 years of total IT experience in enterprise application development.
5+ years of dedicated experience developing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
3+ years of strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (AX / F&O) architecture and X++ development.
Proven track record implementing cross-functional integrations between CRM and F&O (Dual-Write experience is highly preferred).
Technical Stack
Languages & Frameworks: C#, X++, .NET Core / .NET Framework, JavaScript / TypeScript, SQL, JSON, XML.
D365 & Power Platform: Dataverse, PCF Controls, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, SSRS Reports.
Integration & Cloud: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, OData APIs, RESTful Web Services.
DevOps & ALM: Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Git, Release Management, Solution Management).
Database & Data Integration: SQL Server, Azure SQL, KingswaySoft, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
Soft Skills & Process
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and system diagnostic skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
