Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Noida. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job requirement intake, role briefing with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds. The role involves maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. The HR Recruiter will also support offer negotiation, pre-onboarding communication, and documentation, while collaborating with internal teams to meet hiring targets and timelines. Regular market research on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networks, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to assess candidate fit, conduct structured interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment documentation and reports.
Knowledge of basic HR practices, hiring policies, and compliance considerations related to recruitment and onboarding.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple requisitions and tight deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist is preferred.
Familiarity with recruitment for technology, IT services, or consulting roles will be an advantage.
