Biotastic Health Systems is a wellness technology brand based in Chennai. We make ice baths, infrared saunas, and red light therapy panels that help people recover better, feel better, and perform at their best. Our products are used in gyms, hotels, clinics, and homes across India.
About the Role
Most internships keep you at the edge of the action. This one puts you right in the middle of it.
As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work side by side with our Co-Founder and COO. You will help him stay on top of his day, keep projects moving across teams, and make sure nothing important slips through the cracks. In three months, you will learn more about how a company really runs than most people do in their first few years at work.
Role Details
Role: Founder's Office Intern
Reports to: COO and Co-Founder
Experience: Final-year students or fresh graduates (0 to 1 year)
Duration: 3 months, with a performance-based PPO (Pre-Placement Offer)
Location: Chennai, Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Rs. 15,000 per month
Languages: English, Hindi and Tamil
What You Will Do -
Be the COO's right hand
Manage his calendar, meetings, and daily priorities so his time goes where it matters most.
Take notes in meetings and follow up on every action point until it is closed.
Prepare clear briefs, summaries, and presentations before important discussions.
Keep projects moving
Build and own a tracker for all ongoing projects, so anyone can see what is happening, who owns it, and when it is due.
Work with teams across technology, brand, product development, and supply chain.
Follow up with internal teams and external partners to keep work on schedule.
Spot delays early and bring them to the COO with a clear update.
Take on special projects
Research new ideas, write simple processes, and step in wherever an extra pair of hands can make a difference.
Who We Are Looking For
A final-year student or fresh graduate from any field who is eager to learn.
Good English, Hindi and Tamil.
Organized and true to your word. If you say you will do something, it gets done.
Comfortable following up with people politely, even when they are senior to you.
Confident with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and email.
Flexible and ready to work from our Chennai office, Monday to Saturday.
