We're hiring AI Platform Engineers at KreditBee and we're doing it differently.
We're building the AI platform that enables every team at KreditBee to ship Gen AI features safely and at scale from retrieval and agent workflows to model serving, evaluation, and guardrails.

We hire across every level - Junior to Staff :
Same engineering bar. Growing scope.
Junior (0 - 2 yrs) : Ships well-scoped work, strong fundamentals
Mid (2 - 5 yrs) : Owns features end-to-end
Senior (5+ yrs) : Owns systems and reliability, mentors, drives design
Staff / Lead : Sets technical direction and makes long-horizon bets
What ties both tracks together?
End-to-end ownership : design - build - ship - monitor - on-call.
We care about clean, well-tested code and treat reliability, latency, cost, and observability as first-class requirements.
And because we're building in a regulated environment, data privacy, access controls, and auditability are part of the job - not an afterthought.
What We Look For
Strong CS fundamentals - data structures, algorithms and system design
A track record of shipping software in production
Nice to have : fintech / lending / payments or other regulated-domain experience
LLMOps / MLOps tooling, vector databases and evaluation frameworks
Open-source contributions or AI/ML side projects
