Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, university platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring team members.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
Assist with employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.
Participate in international recruitment projects and HR activities.
Collaborate with HR team members from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
Human Resources
Business Administration
Psychology
Management
Communications
Or a related field
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Interest in Human Resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
Comfortable communicating and collaborating with an international team.
