About Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and scale next-generation AI-powered applications, Agentic AI systems, copilots, and enterprise AI platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, LLMOps, and cloud-native engineering, with hands-on experience delivering production-grade AI solutions.

What You'll Do
Design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale AI agents, copilots, and AI-powered platforms.
Lead the architecture and development of production-grade Agentic AI systems.
Define and implement orchestration strategies, memory management, tool integrations, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability practices.
Develop scalable RAG-based applications and intelligent agent workflows.
Drive AI platform reliability, monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.
Build reusable AI platform services, frameworks, and engineering standards.
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
Conduct architecture and design reviews, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide engineers across AI/ML initiatives.
Partner with distributed teams across India and the United States to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
