Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound voice calls for international clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
Follow structured call scripts and CRM protocols to maintain service standards and compliance.
Log call details accurately in designated systems and escalate complex issues appropriately.
Adhere to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks set by client service level agreements.
Participate in weekly training and performance review sessions to maintain consistency.
Work flexibly across early morning, evening, or night shifts to align with global client hours.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Fluent English spoken & written communication
Clear, professional telephone etiquette
CRM navigation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk)
Ability to multitask during live calls
Comfort with shift-based remote work
Stable internet & noise-free calling environment
Preferred
Prior BPO/customer support experience
Familiarity with international time zones
Basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency
