IT Project CoordinationAssist in coordinating IT, software development and technology-related projects.Track project tasks, timelines, milestones and deliverables.Coordinate with developers, engineers, customers and internal teams.Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, reports and documentation.Assist with customer communication, follow-ups and scheduling.Support project managers in monitoring project progress and resolving coordination issues.Gain exposure to software development, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and AI-based applications.2. HR & Recruitment CoordinationAssist with recruitment activities, candidate sourcing and CV screening.Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and follow-ups.Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records and HR documentation.Support onboarding, attendance and other HR administration activities.Coordinate with candidates, employees and internal departments.Assist with job postings, recruitment campaigns and HR reporting.3. Data Analytics & Business IntelligenceCollect, organise and analyse business and operational data.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Create dashboards, charts and management reports.Track business performance, operational activities and key metrics.Assist with data cleaning, reporting and identifying business trends.Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations.4. Weekend Villa – Hospitality & Business AnalyticsMaintain and analyse booking enquiries, reservations, occupancy and revenue data.Track booking sources, customer enquiries, conversion rates and guest feedback.Analyse weekday versus weekend occupancy, seasonal demand and holiday booking patterns.Research competing villas, resorts and holiday properties to compare pricing, amenities and offers.Assist with pricing analysis, occupancy planning and revenue forecasting.Monitor website traffic, social media engagement and digital marketing performance.Identify opportunities to improve bookings, guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.Coordinate with marketing, guest relations and property operations teams.
