Video / Creative Producer (Pre Production, GB03 / GB04)

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop creative video concepts aligned with business requirements, marketing objectives, and brand guidelines.
Create scripts, storyboards, shot breakdowns, and visual narratives for corporate, brand, product, promotional, and social media videos.
Plan production schedules, shoot locations, equipment, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, advertising agencies, production houses, talent, and vendors.
Manage end-to-end shoot planning, including permissions, approvals, logistics, and production readiness.
Direct and supervise video shoots to ensure quality, creative consistency, and timely execution.
Collaborate with editors and creative teams to deliver high-quality videos across digital platforms.
Work with Marketing, Brand, Digital, HR, Product, and Corporate Communications teams to understand video requirements.
Maintain production schedules, vendor coordination, video asset libraries, and documentation.
Ideal Candidate
Profile: Strong Video Producer with a specialization in pre-production.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing the pre-production stage of video creation.
Pre-Production Skills: Strong expertise in concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shot planning, and production coordination.
Company Background: Experience working with leading advertising, design, or marketing agencies.
Education: Relevant educational background in Film Production, Film Studies, Mass Media, or a related field.
Exclusion Criteria: Video Editors or candidates primarily focused on post-production will not be considered. The role requires strong pre-production expertise.
Age Criteria: Candidates should ideally be between 25 and 28 years old, with the maximum age strictly below 28.
Location Preference: Prioritize candidates based in Mumbai to identify top profiles.
