Senior Specialist, Digital Partners

As a Senior Specialist, Digital Product Owner at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering innovative digital products that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our digital offerings meet market demands and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:**
* Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned digital products, aligning with RHB Bank's overall digital transformation goals.
* Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development.
* Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and readiness for development teams.
* Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer impact, managing trade-offs effectively.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, engineering, marketing, legal, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
* Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient product delivery.
* Monitor product performance using key metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and iterate on product features.
* Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating product updates, progress, and challenges clearly and concisely.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product management.
* Mentor and guide junior product owners or team members as needed.
Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, preferably within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in an agile development environment.
* Demonstrated ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma).
* Experience with UX/UI principles and design thinking processes.
* Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the banking sector is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
