🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Support Specialist – Voice Process
📍 Location: Kochi
💰 Salary Package: ₹2.75 – ₹3.5 LPA
🕒 Shift: Rotational (Majorly Night Shift)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions
• Understand client concerns and ensure accurate assistance
• Maintain service quality and meet performance metrics
• Deliver a seamless customer experience through effective communication
🎓 Who Can Apply?
✔ Graduates from any discipline
✔ Strong verbal communication skills (CEFR-B2 preferred)
✔ Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
✔ Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
