This role is for people who focus on results. If you want to maximize your base salary, it isn’t the right fit. If you’d rather bet on yourself, here’s what we offer:
No cap on commission. Your results set your income.
No clawbacks. Commission you earn stays yours.
A base salary of at least $45K, as a foundation and not the main event.
Extra commission on the results of the team you build. Grow into leadership and get paid for it.
Full ownership from pipeline to close. You find the deal, run it and sign it.

Ascendo AI builds Physical AI for the teams that keep critical infrastructure running: hospitals, utilities, telecom networks and industrial manufacturers. Their most experienced technicians are retiring, and decades of know-how is leaving with them. Ascendo captures that judgment and puts it in the hands of every technician on every shift. Nokia, EDF Renewables, Teradata and GE HealthCare already run on it.
What you’ll do
Build your own pipeline with service and operations leaders at large companies that manage physical equipment.
Learn how field service works: why machines fail, what downtime costs, and why expertise matters.
Run live demos where a customer sees the AI answering questions from their own data within the first meeting.
Turn customer problems into a business case: fewer repeat visits, faster repairs, and less work escalated to senior experts.
Take every deal from first conversation to signed contract.
Work directly with our founders, product team and engineers. What you hear in the field shapes what we build.
Who we’re looking for
A track record of meeting targets in any kind of sales: medical or industrial equipment, distribution, insurance, financial services, real estate, automotive, staffing, B2B services, retail or hospitality management.
You’re motivated by results and you measure yourself by what you close.
Curiosity about AI. You’ve used the tools, you follow the news, and you want to be part of it.
You learn fast and you’re coachable. You ask good questions and act on feedback.
You’re comfortable talking with senior leaders and earning their trust.
You can handle rejection and you keep going.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
A bachelor’s degree.
Experience selling to operations, maintenance, facilities or service teams.
Exposure to industries such as healthcare, energy, telecom, manufacturing or utilities.
Military, technical-trade or field experience that helps you talk with technicians as a peer.
