About This Job
We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead and strengthen our health, safety, and environmental programs in Taiwan. This role supports both office-based employees and field service personnel working in industrial environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, driving a proactive safety culture, managing workplace risks, and supporting customer and contractor EHS expectations.
1. HSE Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with Taiwan OSH regulations and maintain statutory records
Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits
Lead hazard identification and incident investigations
Deliver safety training and toolbox talks
Support customer and contractor EHS requirements
Promote sustainability and environmental compliance
Qualifications & Professional Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related field
3-8 years of HSE experience in industrial, manufacturing, or field service environments
Familiar with Taiwan OSH regulations and permit-to-work systems
Experience in chemical, engineering, or heavy industry preferred
Possess relevant certifications
Strong communication and training skills
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

2. HSE ManagerKey Responsibilities
Build and maintain a robust EHS management system
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and customer requirements
Lead risk management, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
Develop and deliver advanced safety training programs
Manage contractor and customer EHS compliance
Drive safety culture, KPI development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Professional Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related field
8+ years of HSE experience, with proven management and system-building capabilities
Experience supporting ISO certification and business expansion
Relevant certifications
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing 30-100 technicians in industrial or chemical environments is preffered
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
