Role Description The Senior Executive role at Symbiotic Pharma Lab Limited is a full-time position based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the assigned business function, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of key deliverables. The Senior Executive will analyze data and reports, support strategic planning, and assist in implementing processes that improve efficiency and quality. Responsibilities may include managing documentation, preparing presentations, supporting regulatory and compliance-related activities, and maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with teams and stakeholders.
Analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and basic data analysis tools.
Knowledge of general pharmaceutical operations, quality practices, or regulatory processes (experience in pharma or healthcare is preferred).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating accountability and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in an executive or senior executive capacity, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
