This is an unpaid internship. We are seeking an intern to help expand our partnerships with college and professional athletes through daily outreach, athlete qualification, and partner onboarding.
Electro is building the future of athlete-first hydration. Our functional electrolyte gum supports performance, focus, and recovery, and our team works with college and professional athletes across the country.
Location: Remote (US) | Schedule: Flexible | Type: Unpaid internship
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit new athlete partners and guide them through onboarding.
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication.
• Assist with planning NIL campaigns around key dates in the college sports calendar.
• Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates.
• Research NIL trends and identify athletes with growing social audiences.
• Escalate unique requests or issues to the founding team promptly.
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools.
About You:
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment.
• Ability to commit a few hours each day on a flexible schedule.
• Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts.
• Familiarity with Instagram messaging and basic CRM tools.
