Oracle AI Junior Consultant
We are seeking an enthusiastic Oracle AI Junior Consultant with relevant experience. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop their career in Oracle’s AI technologies, supporting pre-sales initiatives and helping to grow our professional services practice.
Application Consultants understand the client business process, current and future, and map it to the technologies being used, giving a demarcation of what can be achieved through a standard implementation and what would need customizations or extensions to be done to the application. They may functionally customize the application, partner with application developers to design application enhancements and extensions, and work with business users to implement process changes.
About the Role
Your role and responsibilities:
Assist with client workshops and presentations on Oracle AI.
Help prepare proposals and project documents.
Build client relationships and support AI adoption.
Stay updated on Oracle AI products and best practices.
Participate in team training and development.
One should learn and develop the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in applications consulting, primarily learning an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution.
Flexibility and versatility should be demonstrated in meeting objectives, and one should be able to manage workload and update management on task progress.
Your skills and experience:
1-3 years of experience working with Oracle AI technologies or platforms.
Basic understanding of Oracle AI concepts
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
Ability to travel to support client engagements and business development activities.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to help enhance Oracle AI solutions and services.
Certification: One must be working toward or have achieved certification on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology.​
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $54,380 - $99,650
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
