Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and escalations.
Lead, mentor, and structurally scale a high-performing, globally distributed team.
Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex operational or customer issues.
Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent de-escalation, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong working knowledge of helpdesk, ticketing, or CRM software.
Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
Highly organized methodology with a strong ability to prioritize effectively.
8-10+ years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
