Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice-President of Organisational Effectiveness and Operations. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment of processes with strategic objectives, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. The Vice-President will lead operational planning, set performance metrics, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer experience. This role includes managing budgets and P&L, monitoring operational risks, and implementing policies and procedures that support scalable growth. The Vice-President will collaborate with senior leadership to refine organizational structure, support change management initiatives, and ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess expertise in P&L Management and financial oversight to support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Service, with experience designing and maintaining high-quality service standards.
Candidates should possess Strategic Planning capabilities, including goal setting, roadmap development, and organizational alignment.
Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing diverse, distributed teams and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Proven experience in a senior operations or organizational effectiveness role, ideally within complex or rapidly scaling organizations.
Comfort with remote collaboration tools and ability to work effectively in a virtual, geographically dispersed environment.
