📌 Position: Technical & Functional Support L1/L2 – Post Trade FI/FX/Credit
📍 Location: Bangalore
💼 Experience: 3–5 Years
📅 Contract Duration: 12 Months
🔹 Role Overview
Join a dynamic team providing technical and functional application support to business front-office teams across Post Trade Fixed Income (FI), Foreign Exchange (FX), and Credit.
🔹 Key Skills & Requirements
• Good knowledge of Interest Rate and/or Credit products.
• Working knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Experience in L1/L2 application support and ITIL-based incident management.
• Coordination and follow-up with L3 support teams.
• Maintenance backlog management and issue tracking.
• Participation in application testing, validation, and releases.
• Knowledge-base documentation and updates.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
