Role Description
The IT Officer / Digital Services Officer / Information Systems Officer is responsible for supporting information technology operations, maintaining digital systems, and ensuring the efficient delivery of technology services across the organization. The officer helps maintain data security by following established IT policies, access-control procedures, backup practices, and information protection standards. Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Understanding of IT operations, computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, data protection, and access-control practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common IT support or system management tools.
