About The Role

The position is remote, but candidates must be based in Athens, Greece. We also welcome applications from international candidates who are willing to relocate to Greece.
Your Responsibilities
Provide first-level customer support to Swedish-speaking customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with basic issues and requests.
Identify customer needs and provide clear, accurate information.
Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and customer-oriented approach.
Follow established procedures and quality standards.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Native-level Swedish is mandatory.
B2 level of English is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a remote environment.
Must be based in Athens, Greece, or be willing to relocate to Greece from abroad.
No previous customer support experience is required — full training will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
