About the Role
Outsource Recruiter is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong background in staffing agencies, capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously across both boutique and high-volume hiring.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and can balance quality and speed while delivering top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts and requisitions
Handle both boutique (specialized/niche) and volume hiring requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach
Conduct screenings and assessments
Maintain candidate records in Manatal CRM
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
Track recruitment pipelines and tasks using Asana
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
Proven experience handling multiple requisitions simultaneously
Strong background in both niche/boutique and high-volume hiring
Ability to source hard-to-find and specialized talent
Experience using Manatal or other recruitment systems
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Preferred Skills
Experience recruiting for remote or outsourced roles serving US and Canadian clients.
