About the role
This is a remote, relationship-focused role combining career transition conversations, candidate engagement and continuous development.
You'll connect with individuals who are reassessing their career direction, seeking greater flexibility or exploring alternative pathways for personal, professional and financial growth.

Responsibilities
Connect with professionals exploring career change, personal growth and new ways of working.
Conduct initial consultations to understand candidates' backgrounds, aspirations, motivations and readiness for change.
Assess candidate suitability and coordinate next-stage discussions.
Share career transition strategies, leadership insights and established personal development resources.
Build a professional presence and develop relationships through online engagement, professional outreach and follow-up.
Participate in regular training, mentorship and business development activities.
Set performance goals, monitor progress and take ownership of your results.
The skills, mindset and experience you bring
We welcome people from diverse backgrounds, particularly those with experience in HR, management, consulting, leadership, education, customer service, client development, sales, coaching, recruitment, or other relationship-driven fields.

At least 7 years of professional experience.
