Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting job openings across various recruitment portals and online platforms.
Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on the organization's hiring requirements.
Connect with candidates through calls and preliminary telephonic interviews to assess their suitability, explain job roles, and guide them through the selection process.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.
Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview feedback, and hiring reports while assisting with onboarding and HR documentation.
Demonstrate basic knowledge of Google Sheets to manage recruitment data, maintain trackers, and prepare reports efficiently.
