About Invizo
Invizo builds web applications, SaaS products, and Shopify apps for international markets. We're looking for an experienced growth specialist to help us acquire merchants, increase paid subscriptions, and build sustainable growth for our Shopify apps.
Role Overview
You'll work directly with the founder and development team to plan and execute growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to grow Shopify apps, not just Shopify stores.
Responsibilities
Optimize Shopify App Store listings, keywords, positioning, and conversion rates.
Develop strategies to acquire relevant Shopify merchants and increase app installs.
Improve onboarding, activation, free-to-paid conversion, and customer retention.
Execute and test organic acquisition, paid campaigns, content, and other relevant channels.
Build partnerships with Shopify agencies, developers, and ecosystem partners.
Analyze installs, active merchants, subscriptions, MRR, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
Run growth experiments and report measurable results.
Requirements
Proven, hands-on experience growing third-party Shopify apps.
Demonstrable results in app acquisition, App Store optimization, paid subscriptions, or recurring revenue growth.
Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics, including activation, conversion, churn, CAC, and retention.
Experience with Shopify App Store SEO, landing pages, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Ability to execute independently and work with a small product team.
Strong communication skills and experience targeting international customers.
Please note: General Shopify store marketing or development experience alone is not sufficient. We want someone who has personally contributed to growing Shopify apps and can explain their results.
Engagement & Compensation
Remote, part-time contract.
Initial monthly budget of ৳30,000–৳50,000, depending on experience and scope.
Flexible working arrangements with clear deliverables and growth objectives.
