📢 We’re Hiring for a Food Chain Company: Junior FP&A Analyst | Financial Planning & Analysis
Are you someone who enjoys working with numbers, analyzing business performance, and turning financial data into meaningful insights?
We’re looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis in a fast-paced business environment.
💼 Experience: 1+ year in FP&A / Business Finance / Financial Analysis
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting.
- Analyze actuals vs. budget and identify key variances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models and reports.
- Work with finance and operations teams to identify business trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support business reviews and ad-hoc financial analysis.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance metrics.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory.
- Ability to handle large datasets and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Industry Experience: Hospitality, restaurants/QSR, retail, FMCG, or other fast-paced business environments.
⚠️ Important: This is a business finance and FP&A role, not an accounting-focused position. Candidates from core accounting or audit backgrounds without relevant FP&A or business finance experience may not be the right fit.
