Position: Content Designer
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 25 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Review paired AI-generated in-product writing for voice, tone, and adherence to editorial standards.
Judge and select preferred samples, providing concise reasons and applying tags.
Clear the calibration gate to ensure quality before data goes live.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Collaborate with teams to refine and enhance AI-generated content.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Experience setting voice and tone for in-product writing at a major tech or consumer product company.
Experience rating or rewriting AI-generated text against editorial standards.
