Position: Film & Video Craft Expert (Camera, VFX, Editing & Performance)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$100/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Evaluate pairs of AI-generated videos and choose the stronger result based on craft axes like lighting, framing, and performance.
Write concise reasons for each judgment, using professional language similar to dailies.
Check videos against prompts to ensure requested elements like camera moves and performances are delivered.
Participate in calibration rounds with other raters to maintain consistency and flag unclear prompts.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in evaluation data.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Professional or graduate experience in film, theater, or related fields.
2+ years of practical experience with training or 4+ years of practical experience including theatrical releases.
A trained eye for detail and ability to articulate observations clearly.
Fluency in English.
Access to a quality display and headphones.
Ability to engage for at least 20 hours/week during weekdays.
Strong written communication skills.
Preferred
Proficiency in a second dubbing language such as French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, or Hindi.
