Position: UI/UX Designers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
Utilize tools like Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD to design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Explain design decisions clearly while working independently to support AI model improvement.
Engage in user research and usability testing to enhance design outputs.
Work in a structured environment without the high pressure of internships or full-time roles.
Qualifications
Must-Have
2–3 years of professional experience or current enrollment in postgrad HCI/design studies.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Framer, or Adobe XD.
Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
Bachelor's from a prestigious institution or currently pursuing/recently completed Master's.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
