Position: Graphic Designers (Must own MacBook)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
Complete and narrate real graphic design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models.
Work through structured design workflows, emphasizing branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
Provide clear explanations of creative decisions to enhance AI model training.
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams, ensuring flexibility and independence in task completion.
Support the benchmarking and improvement of cutting-edge AI models.
Qualifications
Must-Have
2–3 years of professional or freelance experience or current postgrad design students.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Affinity, or Canva.
Own a MacBook or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor, running macOS 15 or higher.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
Portfolio showcasing experience with branding, layout, typography, and visual communication.
Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's studies, or Bachelor's from a prestigious institution.
Start Date
Immediate start preferred.
