GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager has the overall responsibility for the recruitment service line of the account and for meeting required SLAs and delivery commitments. They have people management responsibility (training, on the job performance and coaching). They are accountable for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of the recruitment process in the US, in collaboration with the account's SMEs. They are accountable for meeting compliance and control requirements for their respective process as required by the center. The employee focuses on individual/ team/ operational objectives.

As a Delivery Manager -US Staffing you will have the following responsibilities:
• Manage, Mentor and Drive the Recruitment Team
• Work with the team and increase their performance, by improving their skills and motivation
• Technical screening and submission of candidates
• Client and Account management
• Achieve performance and revenue targets
• Meet submission, closure and other operations targets
• Team retention, motivation, and training
• Raising the bar of the recruitment team
• Innovation and continuous improvement in our recruitment process
