About the Company
Our client is a rapidly growing, physician-led national specialty care organization. In roughly four and a half years, the company has scaled from launch to approaching $1 billion in revenue, with 4,200+ employees.
Having already captured its early operational gains, the company is now making a $65–70 million investment in seven strategic initiatives designed to drive its next phase of growth, including:
• De novo expansion: opening roughly 15 new offices over 2027 and 2028.
• Provider growth: recruiting and deploying 50 additional advanced practice providers.
• Value-based care and revenue performance: advancing payer contracting and revenue cycle capabilities.
• New service lines: launching a new business entity and expanding the services offered to patients.
• National Command Center: scaling a proven centralized operations program to the next level.
• Clinical AI: building on back-office AI already in place to bring AI into clinical care.
These initiatives are tied to multi-year EBITDA goals set by the CEO and have direct visibility with the Board. The company is headquartered in Central Florida, and much of its corporate team works remotely. For a leader who wants to shape how a high-growth, mission-driven healthcare platform delivers on its most important priorities, this is a rare opportunity.
Position Summary
The Senior Director/VP, Strategic Initiatives partners with the CEO, CFO and other executive leadership team to translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, coordinated action, and measurable results. • Track projected versus realized financial benefits, identify performance gaps, and collaborate with initiative owners to develop and implement corrective action plans to keep initiatives on track.
• Evaluate the financial implications of project delays, changes in scope, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure financial impacts are reflected in enterprise forecasts and executive reporting.
Enterprise Alignment and Accountability
• Coordinate work across Operations, Finance, People, Legal, IT, and practice leadership.
• Establish a consistent approach to monitoring progress, escalating issues, and following through on commitments.

• Engage stakeholders early, explain the business rationale, and incorporate operational feedback into implementation plans.
• Assess adoption and effectiveness after launch, addressing barriers and refining approaches as needed.
• Develop repeatable methods that improve execution as the organization grows.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in strategic initiatives, enterprise program management, business operations, or consulting, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs from planning through implementation and measurable results.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities and resource constraints.
• Experience delivering measurable financial and operational improvements by partnering with project owners.
